Dubai - Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Orient Insurance Co approved to pay out cash dividends, equivalent to 40% of the capital share, for fiscal year 2020.
The cash dividend distribution aggregates at a total amount of AED 200 million, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
The shareholders have set the last entitlement date on 24 March and the ex-dividend date on 25 March.
