Dubai – Mubasher: The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of BH Mubasher Financial Services approved a resolution to change the name of the company to BHM Capital Financial Services.

Al Hurr Mohammad Al Suwaidi, Chairman of BH Mubasher’s Board of Directors, who chaired the AGM held on 24 March, said, “We are pleased with BH Mubasher’s 2020 results, and our effective navigation of unprecedented times during the year. The successful vote to change the name of the company to “BHM Capital” along with the positive review of our financial success during the AGM reflects our strength of position.”

“Over the past year, BH Mubasher has expanded and diversified the range of products and services offered to its clients to include investment management, market making, liquidity providing, introducing services, corporate advisory and research, and now we are starting a new chapter with the name ‘BHM Capital’.”

Al Suwaidi vowed that under the new name the company will continue to deliver “the same level of unparalleled services that is expected of us, and we look forward to building on our esteemed reputation.”

The name change to BHM Capital illustrates the company’s evolving position and growing ambition within the finance industry, locally and regionally, he further noted.
