Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Talaat Moustafa Group Holding (TMG Holding) approved a cash dividend of EGP 300 million or EGP 0.145 per share for 2020.

The dividends will be paid in two installments; the first one, valued at EGP 0.072 a share, will be paid no later than 15 May and the second worth EGP 0.072 a share will be paid no later than 15 July, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Monday.

During 2020, the company achieved consolidated net profits of EGP 1.67 billion, down from EGP 1.87 billion a year earlier, including minority shareholders’ rights.
