Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Amlak International for Real Estate Finance Company has recommended distributing cash dividends to shareholders for 2020 at a total value of SAR 72.48 million.

Dividends will be distributed at SAR 0.80 per share, representing 8% of the share’s par value, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Tuesday.

It is worth noting that eligibility and distribution dates are yet to be announced.

Amlak achieved a 41.27% year-on-year (YoY) growth in net profits last year to SAR 98.9 million.
