Riyadh – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting of Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipe Co. gave the green light for paying the equivalent of 10% of capital as cash dividends for 2020.

The shareholders approved the board’s decision to distribute SAR 1 per share as dividends to the entitled shareholders.

Saudi Vitrified Clay has achieved an annual rise of 21.6% to SAR 10.7 million in net profits during 2020.
