TASI, NomuC end Wednesday in green
Trading value declined to SAR 10.51 billion

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange’s (Tadawul) benchmark index TASI closed Wednesday at 10,014.30 points after gaining 0.25% or 25.2 points, exceeding the 10,000-level mark for the first time in more than six years.

Trading value declined to SAR 10.51 billion from SAR 11.21 billion in the previous session, while the volume shrank to 336.285 million shares from 396.757 million.

The food and beverages sector was the top gainer with 1.18%, while the telecom segment led the decliners with 0.26%.

Tabuk Agricultural Development Company was the top riser with 9.98%, while Alinma Tokio Marine led the fallers with 4.27%.

Saudi Arabia Refineries recorded the highest turnover of SAR 621 million, while Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development posted the highest trading volume through the exchange of 29.809 million shares.

Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC), meanwhile, rose by 0.55% or 127.36 points to close at 23,406.71 points.

National Building and Marketing was the top winner with 2.5%, while Watani Iron and Steel led the losers with 0.71%.
