Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) has granted a licence to Mubasher Capital Holding for Financial Investments to provide underwriting and promotion services.
This is the second licence obtained by Mubasher since the beginning of 2021 as it received the custodian licence in January.
The Vice Chairperson of Mubasher Capital Holding, Ehab Rashad, said that the company’s expansion plan has been on track in achieving its vision, which is focused on the Egyptian market due to the rising growth prospects in the non-banking financial investment field.
Earlier in 2021, the company announced the launch of its new “Du” brand for financial services with an investment of EGP 360 million.
Du Invest has been launched as the first online financial platform in Egypt that allows investors of all income classes to invest their savings efficiently in a diversified portfolio.
Users can start with a monthly investment of EGP 500 through Du Invest and Mubasher currently works on reducing the minimum investment value to EGP 100 in the coming period, Rashad noted.
In addition, Du Trade provides the first commission-free trading platform in Egypt with no minimum account opening balance. Users can subscribe to one of three monthly packages worth no more than EGP 49.99 to start online trading.
