Riyadh – Mubasher: The shareholders of Saudi Arabia Refineries Company (SARCO) gave the green light for distributing SAR 11.25 million, representing 7.5% of the capital, as cash dividends for 2020.
The company will pay SAR 0.75 per share to the entitled shareholders, while the distribution date will be announced later, according to a bourse disclosure on Thursday.
Last year, SARCO was among five Tadawul-listed petrochemical companies whose profits dropped by 45.3% year-on-year (YoY) during the third quarter (Q3).
