UAE stock markets end Thursday's session in green zone
The main index of ADX inched up by about 0.7%

UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets have ended Thursday's trading session on the green zone.

The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) went up 0.99% to settle at 2,625.71 points by the end of Thursday's session.

A total of 91.96 million shares were traded through 1,957 transactions valued at AED 175.31 million.

The market cap value increased to AED 364.53 billion, compared to AED 362.07 billion during the previous session.

Takaful Emarat – Insurance Co led the rising stocks with 7.14%, while Emirates Refreshments topped the losing stocks with 9.86%.

As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main index inched up by about 0.7% to close Thursday at 6,101.62 points.

Turnover amounted to AED 1.38 billion after 171.43 million shares had been exchanged through 2,759 transactions.

The market cap value reached AED 890.42 billion, compared to AED 886.22 billion during the previous session.

National Corporation for Tourism and Hotels came on top of the green zone with 9%, while Al Khaleej Investment headed the red zone with 4.76%.
