Dubai – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Shuaa Capital has approved to pay cash dividends, equivalent to 3% of the company's share capital, for 2020.

The cash dividend distribution stands at 3 fils per share, aggregating at a total value of AED 76.07 million, according to the company's disclosure to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Sunday.

It is noteworthy to mention that in 2020, the company's net profits attributable to the owners hiked by 168% to AED 125.263 million, compared to AED 46.813 million in 2019.
