Riyadh – Mubasher: Sadr Logistics Company will pay 5% of the share’s nominal value as a cash dividend for 2020, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

The company will distribute SAR 0.5 per share to the eligible shareholders at a total value of SAR 1.25 million. Sadr Logistics said the dividend distribution date will be announced later.

Formerly known Al Samaani Factory for Metal Industries Company, Sadr Logistics appointed FALCOM Financial Services Company earlier this year to be the financial advisor that will manage the subscription of priority rights shares.

The company plans a capital increase by SAR 150 million.
