Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Minapharm Pharmaceuticals approved a cash dividend of EGP 2.7 per share for 2020.

The total amount of dividends stands at EGP 33.19 million, which will be paid on 30 May, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.

During 2020, Minapharm achieved net profits of EGP 300.78 million, compared to EGP 141.09 million a year earlier, including minority shareholders’ rights.

The sales increased to EGP 2.36 billion last year from EGP 2.051 billion in 2019.
