Riyadh – Mubasher: Herfy Food Services Company has announced the appointment of Mutaz Qusai Alazawi as the Chairman of the board, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
The company’s shareholders have also agreed to appoint Waleed Khaled Fatani as the Vice Chairman of the board.
In a separate statement, Herfy Food said its board approved the appointment of Khalid Ahmad Hamad Al Said as the new CEO.
