Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) will be paying SAR 0.3518 per share as a cash dividend to the entitled shareholders for the first quarter (Q1) of 2021.

The dividend distribution will total SAR 70.33 billion ($18.76 billion), according to a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.

Saudi Aramco has set the distribution date as 2 June.

The company’s board earlier recommended cash dividends of SAR 70.33 billion for the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2020, after Aramco had achieved net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 183.76 billion ($49 billion) last year.
