Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Printing and Packaging Company announced on Sunday the appointment of Adel bin Marzouq Al Nasser as the Chairman of the board, according to a disclosure to Tadawul.

The company also named Muhammad Amin bin Dawood Qashqari as the Vice Chairman.

Saudi Printing noted that the appointment for both positions is for a three-year term starting 7 May 2021 and until 6 May 2024.

It is worth noting that the listed firm has incurred net losses of SAR 20.54 million in 2020, down by 47% from SAR 38.76 million in 2019.
