Cairo - Mubasher: The MSCI Global Small Cap Index has added Elsewedy Electric Co and Misr Fertilizers Production Co (Mopco) to its list while deleting Ibnsina Pharma, according to the MSCI semi-annual index review.

The changes in the MSCI Global Small Cap Index will take place as of 27 May 2021.

With 27 countries, the MSCI Emerging Markets Index captures over 1,300 large and mid-cap securities, according to the MSCI's official website.

The MSCI Emerging Markets Index includes three Arab countries, which are Egypt, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia.
