Both Al Abduljabbar and Al Majdouie will assume their positions until 2024

Riyadh – Mubasher: United Electronics Company (eXtra) has appointed Abduljabbar AbdulRahman Mohamed Al Abduljabbar as the Chairman of the board for a three-year term starting 13 May 2021.
The company also announced the appointment of Abdullah Ali Ibrahim Al Majdouie as the Vice Chairman of the board for the same term, according to a disclosure to Tadawul on Monday.
Both Al Abduljabbar and Al Majdouie will assume their positions until 12 May 2024.
