Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Aldar Properties has launched Noya Luma, which is adjacent to the rest of the Noya community on the north side of Yas Island, with 189 standalone villas.

This launch came following the success of the first two phases of the company's Noya development, according to a press release on Tuesday.

The construction of Noya Luma is due to begin in November 2021, with handovers expected to start in February 2024.

Open to buyers from all nationalities on a freehold basis, Noya Luma will feature detached villas in three-, four- and five-bedroom layouts.

Noya Luma provides direct access to The Village, a community focal point as part of the Noya development masterplan and home to a leading British curriculum school operated by Aldar Academies.

The Chief Commercial Officer at Aldar Development, Rashed Al Omaira, said: "We continue to consult with our customers to ensure that the products we offer meet their needs, allowing us to deliver properties that address gaps in the market."
