Riyadh – Mubasher: Arabian Pipes Company has appointed Youssef bin Saleh Abba Al Khayal as the Chairman of the board for the coming three years, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

The company also named Khalid bin Abdullah Abunayyan as the Vice Chairman for the same terms starting 22 May 2021.

Both Al Khayal and Abunayyan will assume their positions until 21 May 2024.

Arabian Pipes is a public company trading on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) since 2002.
