Riyadh – Mubasher: Herfy Food Services Company has extended its non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with EatRite Food Services Company for an additional three months, according to a disclosure to Tadawul on Sunday.

Herfy intends to carry out further study of the agreement to reach a final deal, which grants the franchise right to open 50 branches of Herfy restaurants in Nigeria.

It was previously announced that this expansion plan would take about 10 years, with an average of five branches per year as of 2021.
