Cairo – Mubasher: The board of directors of Nile Co. for Pharmaceuticals and Chemical Industries (Nile Pharma) approved the appointment of Abdel Rahman Mohamed Ahmed Ali as the company’s Chairman.

The company named Mohsen Farouk Mahmoud Yassin as the Managing Director, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.

During the first nine months of fiscal year (FY) 2019/2020, Nile Pharma reported net profits of EGP 60.35 million, down from EGP 67.18 million in the year-ago period.

The revenues retreated to EGP 621.1 million in the nine-month period ended 31 March, compared to EGP 671.99 million in the corresponding period a year earlier.
