Boursa Kuwait announces that based on the General Assembly resolution of Kuwait and Middle East Financial Investment (KMEFIC), which approved the reduction of the capital; the company's shares will be suspended from trading on Wednesday, 16-06-2021 to Wednesday, 23-06-2021. The shares of the company will be active for trading on Thursday, 24-06-2021, after completion of capital reduction procedure.
