UAE - Mubasher: Dubai recorded 5,359 real estate investments worth more than AED 11 billion in May 2021, as shown by the real estate bulletin issued by Dubai Land Department (DLD).

A total of 11,387 new investors entered Dubai's real estate market, accounting for 66% of total registered investors since the beginning of 2021.

Year-to-date, the total value of real estate investments reached AED 36 billion.

Meanwhile, the emirate saw 6,021 real estate transactions worth AED 21.8 billion in May 2021, up 197% year-on-year (YoY) in terms of number and 221% in terms of value.

The number of real estate sales transactions hiked by more than 214% YoY in May 2021, representing 74% of the total number of real estate transactions in May.
