Saudi Tadawul Group has issued its resolution approving the listing request of the debt instruments from a class already listed, issued by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia submitted by the Ministry of Finance as per the Listing Rules with a total value of (3,615,000,000) SAR detailed as follow:

 

1. Increase in issuance 2020-07-15 (Tadawul code: 5303) by SAR 860,000,000 to reach a total of SAR 14,410,000,000.
2. Increase in issuance 2021-01-07 (Tadawul code: 5306) by SAR 2,755,000,000 to reach a total of SAR 16,664,000,000.

 

 
Accordingly, the listing of government debt instruments reissue shall commence starting from Sunday 20/06/2021.
