Riyadh – Mubasher: National Building and Marketing Company has submitted its request to move to the main market of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) under the Tadawul All Share Index (TASI).

The company is currently listed and trading on the parallel market under its index NomuC.

National Building’s board approved last April to move its trading activities to the main market of Tadawul.

Earlier this year, the shareholders of the company gave the green light for increasing the capital by SAR 60 million.
