Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) has recommended a dividend payout of SAR 1 per share, or 10% of the share’s nominal value, for the first half (H1) of 2021.

The company will distribute a total of SAR 25 million to the entitled shareholders of eligibility date 29 July 2021, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

MIS said the number of shares eligible for H1-21 dividends totals 25 million shares.

The firm will later announce the distribution date.

It is worth noting the MIS’ shareholders approved last month to pay SAR 2.1 per share as a cash dividend for 2020.
