UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets have closed Sunday's trading session on a varied note.

The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) went down 0.68% to settle at 2,760.73 points by the end of Sunday's trading session.

A total of 155.456 million shares were traded through 1,991 transactions valued at AED 147.88 million.

Al Mazaya Holding headed the red zone with 9.33%, while Ekttitab Holding topped the green zone with 9.14%.

As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main index inched up 0.43% to close Sunday's trading session at 6,993.26 points.

Turnover amounted to AED 1.28 billion after 210.82 million shares had been exchanged through 4,732 transactions.

Ras Al Khaimah Cement Investment Company topped the rising stocks with 14.76%, while National Takaful Company (Watania) led the losing stocks with 7.61%.
