Riyadh – Mubasher: Deer Real Estate Company, a subsidiary of Mohammed Hassan Al Naqool Sons Company, has obtained a certificate from the Developers Services Center (Etmam), affiliated to the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing.

The real estate developer qualification certificate was granted for registration to implement exemption on real estate supplies, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.

The board of the Saudi Exchange’s (Tadawul) parallel-market-listed Al Naqool recently approved to establish Deer Real Estate.
