Dubai's real estate sales transactions hit AED 14.79bn in June
The total number of sales transactions in Dubai reached 15,638 in Q2-21

UAE – Mubasher: Dubai has registered 6,388 sales transactions valued at AED 14.79 billion in its real estate sector during June 2021, marking the highest in value since December 2013.

Dubai's sales transactions are 44.33% higher in terms of volume and 33.2% in value compared to May 2021, as shown by the 16th edition of Mo’asher, Dubai’s official sales price index, launched by Dubai Land Department (DLD) in cooperation with Property Finder.

The emirate saw 4,824 and 4,426 sales transactions in April and May, respectively; hence, Dubai's real estate sector achieved in the second quarter (Q2) of 2021 the highest quarterly volume of sales transactions since the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2013.

The total number of sales transactions in Dubai reached 15,638 with a total value of AED 36.86 billion in Q2-21, up 33.26% from the first quarter (Q1) of 2021 in terms of volume and 46.76% more in terms of value.

The year-to-date total sales transactions recorded 27,373 worth AED 61.97 billion, reflecting the high growth rate of the real estate sector in 2021.

In 2020, Dubai saw 35,041 sales transactions worth AED 71.87 billion.
