Riyadh - Mubasher: The assets of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) rose by 2.19% to SAR 1.84 trillion ($491.34 billion) in June 2021, compared to around SAR 1.8 trillion ($480.83 billion) in the same month of 2020.
On a monthly basis, SAMA's assets went up by about 0.89% in June 2021, compared to SAR 1.826 trillion ($487.02 billion) in May 2021, according to a monthly report published by the central bank.
The investment in foreign securities increased by 7.7% to SAR 1.13 trillion in June 2021 from SAR 1.05 trillion in June 2020.
