Riyadh – Mubasher: Knowledge Economic City has appointed Amin Mohammad Shaker as the Chairman of the board for a three-year term, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.

The company also appointed Ahmad Hasan Alarjani as the Vice Chairman of the board for the same term.

Both Shaker and Alarjani were assigned their positions on 28 July 2021, until the same month in 2024.
