Riyadh – Mubasher: Mouwasat Medical Services Company logged net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 288.54 million in the first half (H1) of 2021, higher by 28.95% than SAR 223.76 million in H1-20.

Earnings per share increased to SAR 2.89 in H1-21 from SAR 2.24 in H1-20, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.

Revenues grew by 10% to SAR 1.06 billion in the first six months of 2021 from SAR 962.37 million in the same period last year.

During the second quarter (Q2) of 2021, the medical services firm achieved net profits worth SAR 141.35 million, up 22% from SAR 115.73 million in Q2-20.

The revenues also rose by 12.4% to SAR 526.7 million in April-June 2021 period from SAR 468.43 million in the same quarter last year.

Quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) the net profits in Q2-21 were 3.9% lower than SAR 147.19 million in Q1-21, and the revenues declined by 1.3% from SAR 534.12 million.
