Riyadh – Mubasher: National Building and Marketing Company has signed a contract to sell equipment and machinery to Trolley Carriage and Iron Works Factory Company.

The transaction value stood at SAR 68.32 million, according to a bourse filing.

National Building aims to upgrade its assets and develop the current investment channels while using the proceeds of this transaction in endorsing the working capital.

There is no direct financial impact on the company, while reinvesting the proceeds of the sale deal would boost profitability on the long term.
