Riyadh – Mubasher: Maharah Human Resources Company will pay a cash dividend worth SAR 1.75 per share, representing 17.5% of the share’s par value, for the first half (H1) of 2021.

The company will distribute a total amount of SAR 65.62 million for 37.5 million eligible shares, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.

Maharah announced the distribution date as 2 September to the shareholders of record date equivalent to 22 August.

The company has achieved a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 70.03 million in H1-21, down from SAR 106.68 million in H1-20.
