Riyadh – Mubasher: Development Works Food Company turned to net profits of SAR 3.031 million in the first half (H1) of 2021, against net losses of SAR 6.016 million in H1-20. 

The company's revenues fell to SAR 44.4 million in the January-June period, compared to SAR 48.68 million in the corresponding period a year earlier, according to a bourse disclosure on Tuesday. 

The positive turn in the company's semi-annual financial results was ascribed to exiting unprofitable activities and focusing on activities that generate a return as well as cutting expenses and controlling operating costs.
