Cairo – Mubasher: Amer Group Holding Co achieved a 538% year-on-year (YoY) hike in its consolidated net profits, logging EGP 176.02 million in the first half (H1) of 2021, compared to EGP 27.6 million, including minority shareholders' rights. 

The revenues soared to EGP 1.25 billion in the January-June period from EGP 690.31 million in the year-ago period, the property developer said in a bourse disclosure on Thursday. 

As for standalone business, the company posted net profits of EGP 26.19 million in H1-21, down from EGP 41.41 million in H1-20. 

In the first quarter (Q1) of 2021, Amer Group Holding Co logged EGP 209.92 million in consolidated net profits, up from EGP 10.65 million in Q1-20, including minority shareholders’ rights.
