Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Sudatel Telecom Group has approved bonus share distribution, representing 1% of the capital, for the fiscal year 2020.

The bonus share distribution stands at a share for every 100 shares, raising the total number of shares to 1.322 billion, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.

The ex-dividend date was set for 26 August 2021, while the last entitlement date was determined on 25 August.
