In reference to Emaar The Economic City’s (the “Company”) announcement, dated 2 August 2021G corresponding to 23 Thul-Hijjah 1442H, in relation to the CMA’s approval on the Company’s application to increase its capital through the conversion of debt that the Company will owe to the Public Investment Fund (as the Creditor), amounting to two billion eight hundred thirty-three million three hundred thirty-three thousand three hundred forty Saudi riyals (SAR 2,833,333,340), to ordinary shares in the Company to the Public Investment Fund.
The Company announces to its shareholders the publication of the shareholders’ circular regarding the capital increase by way of debt conversion (attached), which is published in the website of the Company and the website of the CMA.
