Riyadh - Mubasher: National Fertilizer Company decided to distribute a cash dividend of SAR 1 per share, representing 10% of the share’s par value, for the second quarter (Q2) of 2021-09-09

The company will pay a total amount of SAR 5 million for 5 million eligible shares, according to a bourse disclosure on Thursday.

The company will later announce the eligibility and distribution dates once the general assembly meeting is held

National Fertilizer achieved a net profit of SAR 12.2 million in the first six months of 2021.
