Riyadh- Mubasher: Kingdom Holding Company announced that US-based FS Washington Acquisition Corp. was the buyer of the equity in Four Seasons Holding Company, according to a bourse disclosure on Thursday.

FS Washington Acquisition is affiliated to Cascade Investment Company.

Meanwhile, the seller was Kingdom Investment I (TSF), an affiliate to the Saudi listed company.

The US firm has bought 23.75% equity in Four Seasons from Kingdom Holding’s unit for SAR 8.29 billion.
