Riyadh – Mubasher: Electrical Industries Company (EIC) has appointed Yousef Ali Al Quraishi as the Chairman of the board for the coming three years.

EIC also appointed Mahmoud Mohamad Al Toukhi as the Vice Chairman of the board for the same term, which started on 10 September 2021, according to a bourse filing on Monday.

Both Al Quraishi and Al Toukhi will assume their positions until 9 September 2024.

The board’s resolution for the new appointments was taken on Sunday, 12 September.
