Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Khaleej Training and Education Company has renewed its non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the owner of Al Enjaz National Schools Company Limited.
The contract will be extended for 90 days starting from 27 September 2021, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
The company aims to potentially acquire an 85% stake in Al Enjaz.
The two parties first signed a joint agreement last June.
