Riyadh - Mubasher: Derayah Financial has announced a cash dividend distribution valued at SAR 19.35 million for the unitholders of Derayah REIT for the third quarter (Q3) of 2021.

The cash dividends will be distributed over 107.51 million units, representing 1.8% of the unit's initial price and 2.07% of the net assets value, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.

The entitlement date of cash distribution is set at the closing of trading on 17 October 2021 for the unitholders registered in the register of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa).
