DFM closes Sunday down; ADX up
The benchmark index of the DFM went down 0.42%

UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets have ended Sunday's trading session on a varied note.

The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) went down 0.42% to close Sunday's session at 2,834 points.

A total of 51.215 million shares were traded through 1,670 transactions valued at AED 102 million.

Ajman Bank led the losing stocks with 4.65%, while National International Holding Company topped the rising stocks with 14.38%.

As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main index inched up 0.26% to end Sunday's session at 7,719 points.

Turnover amounted to AED 3.032 billion after 508.163 million had been exchanged through 9,474 transactions.

Gulf Cement Co (GCEM) headed the green zone with 7.92%, while National Corporation for Tourism and Hotels (NCTH) came on top of the red zone with 10%.
