Riyadh – Mubasher: Alandalus Property Company's board of directors approved a cash dividend distribution of SAR 23.33 million or SAR 0.25 per share for the first half (H1) of 2021. 

Eligibility of dividends will be for shareholders owning shares by the end of the trading session on 12 October who are registered at the company's records at the Securities Depository Center (SDC) by the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Sunday. 

Dividends will be distributed on Sunday, 24 October. 

In H1-21, the company achieved SAR 38.19 million in net profits after Zakat and tax, compared to SAR 5.76 million in H1-20.
