Cairo – Mubasher: Ashraf Mohamed Hamed Sherif, a shareholder and Deputy Chairman of Obour Land for Food Industries, has raised his stake in the company to 15.49% from 14.99%.

The shareholder purchased 2 million shares for EGP 10.2 million, averaging EGP 5.1 per share, according to a bourse disclosure on Wednesday. 

In the first half (H1) of 2021, the company logged consolidated net profits of EGP 143.98 million, up from EGP 140.05 million in H1-20, including minority shareholders' rights.
