Riyadh – Mubasher: Mohamed Hassan Al Naqool Sons Company has completed the issuance of the memorandum of association and commercial register for its subsidiary company under the name of Sadan Industry Company.

Sadan Industry will be a 100% owned firm of Al Naqool, with a capital standing at SAR 1 million, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.

The subsidiary will start providing its mining and operating quarries services after completing all administrative and technical establishment works.

Last week, the board of Al Naqool approved to establish a wholly-owned mining and quarrying limited liability subsidiary.
