Riyadh – Mubasher: The National Agricultural Marketing Company (Thimar) has accepted the resignation of its CEO, Sari bin Ibrahim Al Mayouf, on 18 October.

Al Mayouf has submitted the resignation letter on 15 October, on which it will take effect, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.

Thimar said its CEO resigned for personal reasons.

Last July, the company announced the appointment of Chairman and Vice Chairman.
