Cairo – Mubasher: Cleopatra Hospitals Group (CHG) has signed agreements to transform a brownfield project into a more than 400-bed medical facility in New Cairo. 

The completion of the transaction is subject to the Ministry of Health's approval and other conditions precedent, the group said in a bourse disclosure on Tuesday. 

In the first half (H1) of 2021, the company reported consolidated net profits of EGP 202.02 million, compared to EGP 101.9 million in H1-20, including minority shareholders' rights.
