Cairo – Mubasher: Taaleem Management Services achieved consolidated net profits of EGP 185.3 million in the year ended 31 August, up by 28.7% year-on-year (YoY) from EGP 144 million, including minority shareholders' rights. 

The operating revenues hiked to EGP 602.13 million from 1 September 2020 to the end of last August, compared to EGP 450.23 million in the corresponding period a year earlier, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Sunday. 

As for standalone business, the company posted net profits of EGP 30.5 million in the 12-month period, up from EGP 27.4 million in the year ended 31 August 2020. 

In the nine-month period ended 31 May, the higher education platform recorded consolidated net profits of EGP 228.39 million, up from EGP 193.04 million in the prior-year period, including minority shareholders' rights.
